Yes, it does. In the unlikely event if within two weeks after shipping your puppy dies of an acute infectious disease against which it has been vaccinated, we will send you another puppy as soon as possible. The shipping costs, however, will have to be paid by you. It is also important to note that in this case we require detailed veterinary reports from two independent vets, concerning the circumstances of the puppy’s death, with photos attached. We will also ask for the veterinary’s contact information.
Your puppy will be under veterinary supervision at all times, it will get all the necessary vaccinations and will be dewormed regularly. Directly before its departure, an Official Government Veterinarian will examine it thoroughly, and if everything is found to be all right, he or she will issue a Health Certificate. This document is indispensable because it proves that your puppy is healthy and suitable for travel.
The price is always influenced by several factors:
- the appearance of the puppy, which is evaluated by a dog expert;
- the titles and awards won by the puppy’s parents and other predecessors, which is reflected by its pedigree, and
- the ratio of supply and demand at the time of you order your puppy.
Shipping costs depend on the size and dimensions of the crate, such as its volume. Obviously, large breeds need larger crates, small breeds need smaller crates. It is a very important rule that puppies have to fit into their crates comfortably.
Another important factor is destination, namely which city you want your puppy to be shipped to.
We will inform you about the shipping costs when you place your order.
Most countries do not require an import permit but there are some exceptions: China, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain.
There are some countries that ban the import of certain breeds that they consider to be dangerous.
Payment is made in two installments. The first installment, 1000 EUR/1200USD, is to be paid directly after ordering, and the remaining amount is due before we reserve a place on the plane that will carry your puppy.
Currently we support only wire transfer.
One of the basic rules in dog import is that every country determines the minimum age under which no puppies are allowed to enter. The required minimum age varies by country, but the most common limit is generally either 12 weeks or 16 weeks. When you place your order, we will inform you about the minimum age required in your country. This is what determines how soon you can receive the puppy you selected.
